The BPP logo and business name 'Big Prairie Prepress' is a trademark of goods produced, and a servicemark of services rendered by BPP. BPP claims to be the first to use the mark and business name 'Big Prairie Prepress' in commerce. The date of first use and publication can be proven in accordance with both state and federal laws.

BPP Privacy Policy
Any business transactions or information provided by our clients is completely confidential and is not sold or otherwise transferred or exchanged with any business or organization outside of BPP. Only general statistic information, that contains no personal or financial data, will be made available. This information may include, generalized client descriptions, amount of traffic to the website, number of email or printed newsletter subscribers, and other basic information. BPP uses a tracking program to retrieve information about the visitors to its website. Some general tracking information may also be made available.

Big Prairie Prepress produces websites, web graphics and graphic designs that are ready for printing or internet applications. Production includes images & text in a digital file format for use by printers or online. Communications are online, by email, phone, postal service, and personal meetings when necessary. Receipts, hard copies and originals are delivered by postal service. Reports and presentations are given throughout to meet deadlines and insure satisfactory project development. Payments can be made by check or money order payable to Big Prairie Prepress, credit or debit cards and by PayPal account. Arrangements can be made for work outside the United States, U.S. currency only. A $50 deposit is required to begin work on a proposed project. After a number of design choices & estimates are presented and the client decides to discontinue the project, BPP will return the deposit minus a $15 fee. Once design choices are made, a payment schedule is determined based on estimated time of completion. If a project is discontinued at a later point, hours worked and material costs are charged to the client (minus the deposit). The final online or print ready materials are delivered after all payments are made in full.

BPP Sales Policies
If a customer isn't satisfied with the retail item they purchased, BPP will work with its customers to replace or refund any items produced or carried by BPP for retail sale, up to 30 days from the date of purchase. We carefully pack all items and will include any insurance the customer is willing to pay for, but the customer has to bring issue with the shipping company if there are problems during shipment. Customers may contact us first if they have any questions about any products sold on this website. Payments can be made by check or money order payable to Big Prairie Prepress, credit or debit cards and by PayPal account. Items we carry are taken off the website after being sold.
